What I was trying to get at is that the burst from having reck (procing avatar) and ravager (buffing str and move speed) seems to more than offset the bigger burst you get from Odyns and RB, since Ramapage takes up such a big portion of your damage nowadays, having higher reck uptime from anger management really amplifies the number of rampages you get to throw in
