its 12% strength, also you can run double bladestorm. the first can get all the stacks and 5 sec later you can use the second bs for one tic to refresh the whole 12% and 30% speed for additional 6 sec. the reason you would want to cancel is to kick or cc.

the reason it sucks is because it's a super, super predictable stat ramp that literally anyone can just walk away from and prepare for... the buff itself only lasts 6 seconds long after bladestorm is finished, which is about 4 globals if you have 100% uptime on your rotation and are quick enough to press stuff on-gcd

more realistically, they just walk away from bladestorm, you get very low uptime and are lucky to get a single global off with your str buff

now you've traded away your bladestorm in hopes of the burst window that never was

you can extend it by running BMT proc, but you're just going to be repeating the same problem twice in one window and you're going to be wasting half of your cs window

Use blackout kick often to reduce rsk/FoF CDs

Don’t repeat abilities

Chi wave, expel harm are both really good to throw in between abilities to keep your mastery up

Keep faeline stomp up as much as possible, only hold it if you have a go coming up

Open on your off-target or on a pet if you can, to make sure you have a keefers and alpha tiger proc on your burst

Your go is xuen>stomp>sweep>serenity>fists>rsk>blackout>rsk/windlord

Make sure you have max teachings of the monastery procs ready for your go

When you use windlord, try and angle to hit as many targets as possible for thunder procs
