If you plan to just play solo shuffle you can stay fury if you want, arms wont be much better. Arms feels much better in team 3s and is usually the stronger spec so its always good to know how to play it at least.

Basic arms rotation outside of cds is pretty simple. Maintain rend (with thunderclap if playing) and rotate between overpowers and mortal strikes. Doesnt need to be 2x op just keep mortal strike on cd and use op as a filler.

What worked for me last night into spriest/mage was pressure early with big go, then pretty much hit closest and watch healer positioning till damp and second set of cds, try and get the mages iceblock before this, and they’re pretty much dead

that just means your mmr is the same as your cr and to put it blunt, thats the rating you belong at. You'll have to start going 4-2 or better to start climbing rating aka pushing.
