Demo locks are the best I've seen so far. DH is the bane of my existence because their ADHD asses can't help but run as fast and as far away from me as humanly possible.

Locks in general seem to be good for it, though. They like to turret and the perma 40% DR on some comps is kinda bonkers and enables them to do some criminal shit without the opposing team fighting tight and near LOS to force us to abandon our position.

Which is basically never during SS.

Don’t think 4 set is worth losing all the versa for, so only play 2 set. U can play the raging blow build of the annihilate build with 2 set, or any really matter.

Also, I wouldn’t macro roar into your avatar macro. Avatar and reck is off gcd, so u can press it pretty much whenever. If you get caught on your gcd and u press the macro, you’re not actually gonna get the roar off. Safer to just press roar manually after hat macro

Aim your shockwave stun to hit the lock + pets for max shockwave value

no, u dont get the full 10 stack with that build, which is the only reason to even take 4 set. Its an overall damage loss, all your abilities do less damage, you take more dmg from losing versa, etc. all for a 140k bloodbath that takes a solid 20+ seconds to stack

just not worth it in the grand scheme of things

now if you were playing some cheesy deathwish fury build and got a 10 stack off to 1 shot someone, it would be useable in that situation. other than that tho, its just not good

Hey all, having a rough time with pvp this season. I missed a month so a bit behind in gear, but almost caught up. I am confused by the stat priority for arms, with crit at the bottom. I know crit was nerfed in pvp with 10.1, but our tier set is entirely based around crit? On top of that the tier bonus is nerfed in pvp, so is it seems like crap. I am running at only 9.5% crit with all the gear haste or mastery (if available). How is fury in pvp this season? The 2-set is solid, but the 4-set seems almost useless in pvp. Note, I play almost exclusively rated bgs for rated pvp.

skip crit. Go all out vers/mastery everywhere and haste where you can't.

don't worry too much about being behind on gear. You can get a free tier piece at 1600 rating, you can make two with catalyst (protip, you can convert the scalewarden gear with catalyst as well, so you can spend conq on what matters.)
With your first splintered spark you get a quest that gives you two free crafting tokens for conq gear

Focus on getting trophy of strife every week for the next while, you'll need them for offhand, bracer+cloak and perhaps tier 447 tier pieces.
