the general guideline is lowe rreps until like 2 or 3 = strengthtraining, 1rms are mainly just for comeptitions, and higher reps like 8-15 is more hypertrophy and or endurance focused

4x10 is good but i personally like lower amount of sets
like i do 1 or 2 warm up sets with 30-50% of what i can hit for ~3 reps then 1 hard set with about 75% of that 3 rep max
the only thing you really need to watch out for is that you dont do more than say 20 reps because thats more endurance, and not less than 3 for reps, and that every single set's last rep is very hard

Onslaught with avatar reck builds almost 80rage immediately so can onslaught straight away again but if no avatar reck I usually wait until 40 or 50 rage before I onslaught again now it’s good immediate pressure instead of having to weave a Bt because you were off 10 rage or something lol
It just means slightly less sustain because you’re not bloodthirsting as much by weaving onslaught rampage
