I'd say yes and no to that one. I'm still reaching for 1800, and I know skill wise I'm not tip top anymore but I know I could hit it, but there's more than just that as a factor. Availability is def one big issue for some. If I could run 20-30 matches a day I feel I could hit the marker easier. But at most I can squeez maybe 4 matches? Which makes a loss waaay more devestating. But! I still grind it in hopes I'll squeek my way in. Doesn't help I started late in the season either haha
