typical hunter stuff - never charge or howl into master's call, keep hamstring up as much as possible, save avatar/bladestorm for tar and steel trap, intervene your healer on intim to 50/50 soak the freeze, if they're kiting you, don't be afraid to just swap to whatever is closest. any damage is better than no damage
and if you cant disarm/stun in time, just los their aimed shots

i've found m+ requires you to be more attentive, have a better understanding of your classes' utility (offensive and defensive) and pay active attention to your teammates, even as a dps
these days pvp is just all about game knowledge as well, so if you're a CE raider that just plays one class like a maniac and knows jackshit about anything else, you're gonna be even more fucked

That’s actually all I do is m plus now that my guild is done raiding. I managed to get to 3.1k io solo pugging arms/fury but I’ve never done PvP. I’ll prob get clapped but I guess the only way to learn is to actually play it lol.
