the builds in pins currently were gala's own simcrafting i'm pretty sure, but even those aren't updated to what he's playing himself currently. As isov said, they're a starting point, and most builds will function on something similar. If you understand the talents, you can make preference changes and not worry too much about a massive dps loss

The question of bleed vs bs is kind of whats splitting I think. Spear is overall better, but then roar can crit too, so it's not a big loss and can be used without worry when you know someone is probably running before you can do more dam

"ability priority" is a bit inappropriate for pvp because you use stuff situationally, but generally your dps rotation is exe > ms > op > rend
but you're better off saving SD exe procs for a cs window if possible, building up op stacks for a buffed ms during a burst window etc

If you're coming in with full PvE gear (no honour/conq gear), then I'd replace the lowest ilevel/lowest vers pieces first. If you have 415+ tier gear, then that is fine for PvP as long as you make up the vers elsewhere
With off pieces such as jewellery, belt, bracers, you're losing ilevel AND preferable stat distribution. With the tier slots, you're just losing ilevel
