And in Arena the only time my arms damage touches my fury damage is against melee cleave where I end up cleaving them.

@copper hare I did a bunch of 2's with a disc priest friend. I swapped back and forth between arms and Fury as we played. My Fury damage was higher unless it was against melee cleave. But arms did better against healers.
