Sorry, Q popped is why I was away. Honestly I use Rb in general content. Even though it's single target, the dps you get balances out. Funnily enough, under heavy movement, RB sims higher, but standing still you get 1% additional damage out of annihilator with light movement. I might be wrong doing it like that but I sim heavy movement in arena because of all the jumps, interrupts, etc.
