I already saw the d stance un-nerf (sort of) but that's mostly to do with dmg output and I still think it'll be pretty useless unless you see your healer about to eat a CC chain.

Thinking about mop Second Wind, there were many reasons it was OP back then, Defensive stance was way stronger and you could AFK in it since most abilities generated rage. You had Shield Wall, Die by the Sword, Demoralizing Banner etc that just played into the tanky-ness of warriors. Currently old Second wind would have no real use since you cannot stay below 35% for longer than a few seconds imo.
