If you leave a game, apparently it doesn't impact your MMR, only your CR. So if you have fast queues you can leave a small number of your games, and as long as you lave your subsequent games it should level out

From what I've been able to gather, once MMR and rating start normalizing the amounts of gain stagnate heavily. So early in the season people can climb very fast. After a few weeks everyone becomes stuck in glue.

Blizz needs to increase the gain in general. You can dominate a whole match and get almost nothing because everyone was near enough the same level. The system is based around strong gains when facing higher rank people, but due to how the system works, you rarely are matched with higher rank people in the first place.

Honestly, maybe tad unpopular opinion, I think that warrior needs a bit of a rework, either arms or fury or both. They're such a giant one trick pony, they should have at least one spec with a little more going for it.

Maybe keep fury as the unga bunga I kill you and can heal a little spec.

And decrease arms damage a little while also giving them stronger support options. Make them the thinking mans spec that arms players like to pretend it currently is.
