players CR has no impact on the points they gain

it seems to be purely MMR based, and other than u every other individuals mmr is hidden

Does anyone have advice for getting a team together? So far Ive pushed to 2300cr as a Fury Warrior in 3’s. My biggest bottleneck is always finding a consistent group. The teams I fight are usually the same 10 players. Theres seems to be this like R1 bracket of players that are all connected on bnet and can spam queue.
