Because DPS is your damage. If a weapon strikes for 1000 over 2 seconds, it's the same as a weapon that strikes for 500 every 1 second.

Overall damage feels good when its high, I wont lie, but I dont think its a great indicator on how well you kill your target
being able to burst someone down hard vs highish sustained damage that someone is healing through but never dying, I'd pick first option every time 🙂

so i figured i use my second war only for pvp, craft the two pvp embel items and then use my main war only for pve and craft the pve embel items
using one war for pvp and pve seems a huge downgrade
because even if you are 2400, conquest gear only goes to 408 which is +13 mythic+ gear

that's prob the best way to do it honestly, leveling is so fast and pvp gearing is so easy, if you want to pve, do it on main and use an alt for pvp
