Dont over react play ressource and sustain on their go, keep in mind if they dont use every cd burst they cant kill you (as pvp gear vs pvp gear)

Every cd you use is a cd they use, do a good rotate of your sustain cd.
Jump on their sprint more than charge them, keep your piercing howl for their vanish

And obviously if you dont have disarm you loose 🤡

Listen, I'd love to run arms. It's my main spec, always has been. But right now? It hits like a wet noodle when it does get to hit (rage starvation issues) and it is too squishy to run outside of defensive stance which tanks its damage even harder

and the other dps you're running into? They'll all delete you before you can do anything.
