Is Mastery nerfed in pvp for Arms? I hit a pvp training dummy to see how my stats change so far and my mastery% goes up but the bleed does less. Can't tell if it's a a tooltip error or if mastery is just nerfed in pvp.

Good to know, I'm mostly aiming for the Vers/ crit build to test with some haste here and there but thought it was weird that my bleed was doing less as i gained more. It seems like it should scale differently perhaps in pvp but do less as you gain more of the stat? Really?

looking at the pinned build and glad to see it's very similar to what i came up with. is there a reason why it takes cruelty instead of slaughtering strikes? hitting the pvp dummy annihilator is like 4-6% of my damage while rampage is well over 20%. slaughtering strikes is usually at least 3+ stacks every rampage but even worst case at 2 stacks a 4% increase on rampage is better than 10% increase on annihilator when it does 4-5x more damage overall right?

obviously you need cruelty if you're getting imp WW but without it it seems kinda underwhelming
