Must have addons I'd say are omnibar/maybe omnicd for your team mates and weakauras with whatever buffs you wanna track and specially Mes (r1 streamer and dk) weakaura packages. Also flyplatebuffs (or a good nameplate addon setup) and some really like bigdebuffs aswell
But for pvp in general, keep it as clean as possible
