Perhaps in DF Whirlwind might, like in the old days, actually deal damage
back in tBC, the rotation was MS -> Whirlwind -> powernap for 40s until rage for another MS -> WW
I doubt it will be that complex, though, Merciless Bonegrinder is a quite unlikely pick in this scenario; getting value out of Collateral won't be too easy unless pet classes
not only is it an end talent, it also means that each BS you get just 1 WW since Storm of Swords turns it into a 10s CD
More likely, just Barbaric Training, Storm of Swords, Fervor, Furious blows and perhaps Seismic Reverbation into pet classes, if those are meta in DF
if we actually have the rage generation for that, of course, since WW will be 45rage
might be worth if WW really does a lot of dmg, especially since you'll be also slamming for a free Slam+35% dmg buff

My assumption would be that a base WW being [3 * (18.2% AP)] will first be modified by all of the 3 base talents (Barbaric 25% / Furious 10% / Storm 200%) and then the modifiers (Bonegrinder, Collateral) added on top depending on which was proc'd first? So [(3 * 18.2%) * 1.25]=X into X * 1.10=X1 into X1 * 3.00=X2 into X2 * #of Collateral=X3 into X3 * 1.65=final WW strike? In which case about 743% AP?
add in WB, Avatar, trinkets, racials, etc, and yeah, it will hit for "i win now" damage (around 1,160% AP w/o trinkets)
