I had some issues with it, had to do it three times and I'm undead. I reloaded my UI and talked to the bartender then killed Bluehart, then talked to her again and it completed. I also was in a group the first two times and the third I wasn't, not sure if it was me reloading or not being in a group that fixed it.

I started using it and never looked back at HS. Feels so much faster
However, as mentioned above, I really want to try devastate and such. It seems so good at early stages, but dont want to invest resources if its actually not really

For single target encounters I’ll get a full sunders, heroic strike raging blow spam. One I have a very comfy threat lead I’ll try to hover around 70ish rage so I can control consumed by rage procs

Kish, who seems to have more experience in SoD, claims it gives a threat juice.
However I like imp. battle shout seeing as it also juices your Raid!
i would think maybe a dps warrior could take imp. shout for you, so the tank can enjoy the small extra bonus dmg on cleave, along with Howl
but dps warriors want to go arms so now we're back at square one. You can't really go wrong with only 16 pts!!!!

I've been tanking with all my points in Arms just fine. At this phase it feels like the main issue is rage generation, so I keep the rage gen chest rune on and take talents that reduce the cost of heroic strike and thunderclap. It feels a LOT better than Wowhead's suggestions tbh

Try picking up Copper Battleaxe (or whatever it was called), lvl8 crafted 2h axe. Semi easy to make yourself or just buy it/mats from AH. Combining that with runes of 20% 2h attack speed, +3 rage from bleed ticks and Victory Rush (all easy to get early) makes bonking people feel satisfying
But weapon upgrades are big for warriors
Also it feels so many levels of wrong to use Rend willingly lol. With the rune it pays itself back on rage cost

100% cruelty , deepwounds only applies to yellow hit crits so there's even less chance of it proc-ing

You can swap to quickstrike once you're geared to melt mobs fast though but you definitely need some decent gear at 25 for that
