It's a combination of weakauras and bartender

On wago, find a warrior pack weak aura then tailor that to your preference

Bartender will let you move all your action bars to create that effect you want

For swing timer, use weakaura, there is a specific trigger for that. For rage, you can also just use a simple trigger to show it.

multiple answers. Installs/stars/views can give a good hint, but even those can have shittier level of coding in it that checks auras every frame and costs you all your frames.
The more complicated the weakaura, with enough views and installs, the more likely it is to be fine.
Check comments if you are unsure and read what wago tells you, the autoreview of it is really good.
To summarize, as with all things pc: Most likely fine, but use at your own risk and make a informed decision.

@weak girder It doesnt show reflected dmg as outgoing, because it is not being caused by you in the combat log. The way it works is like this:
"Mob casts fireball on you, misses because reflect" - this is the incoming
"Mob casts fireball on himself, hits for x dmg" - this is the reflected part
You do not do the reflection damage, so the scrolling combat text doesnt show it that way. Dmg meters can figure that out with logic and statements, not sure a combat text addon can.

That package does everything it needs to well. So in terms of better, it comes down to taste. You could make yourself a custom ui, to your preference. Takes work and time, but in the end its 100% what you need and want.

@zealous summit That's what I had thought as well, but it seems that Debuffs (mortal wounds) and CC / Roots (Hamstring / Stormbolt) are on different rows

If I apply only Hamstring and the debuffs from Mortal strike, it immediately forces the hamstring above

Which is fine, the only reason it mattered to me was because I was thinking of using NameplateCooldowns addon for arena, and didn't want to stack 3 rows of icons above a target

If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all for it. Otherwise, may just stick with not using NameplateCooldowns for now

I started messing around with a weakaura called automarker that works pretty well there's different versions of it, that are already set to mark priority interupts. Also quazii's plater changes the color of the health bar on priority interupts.

If im reading it correctly, all you would need to do is to make a weakaura to show the amount of stacks of MS, and instead of an icon, just show it in text. Then place it on top of the button you want to.
So in trigger place the id of the buff, and in display, you use %s
should do the trick

If you track it with a weakaura, create another trigger with aura-player-type the name and create a text to show 2.%s(changing 2 to trigger number) and it should show.

If u dont use a weakaura to ms, create one with aura buff name trigger and attach it to ur keybind that shows ms

Relevant/offensive abilities in the top action bar, defensive / longer CD abilities on the lower half. Rage bar with attached swing timer - over that an expanding buff bar tracking certain warrior buff durations (avatar, rend, csmash). The circle on the screen is a mouse tracker. The "ready" icon has a sound effect attached to it so not easy to miss.

If your wa's dont use trigger on every frame nor any custom code that is check heavy, it barely uses any resources at all.
If you want to test your weakauras, do this on a fight that uses your tracked wa's :
/wa pstart to start profiling
/wa pstop to stop it
/wa pprint to print it

One run with weakauras enabled, one run with all wa's set to load:never and compare results.

There isn't any real solution to this, you can't have unlearned spells on your bar, even with macros. The best he could do is create a macro that swaps between rend and another spell when rend isn't talented. Another option would to create a macro with a forced Rend icon, but it won't be greyed out when the talent is unlearned

Generally that's called "Headline view" in most Nameplate addons (KUI, Threatplates, TidyPlates, etc.), you need to also have friendly nameplates enabled for it to work

its not what i was looking for, your wa mainly displays debuffs on the target such as dw and cs and stuff, i was looking for buffs on me such as trinkets, procs, cds

but your wa is nice to configure since its a dynamic group already
