guys i need some help with a weakaura. i used to have one for condemn that would keep it desaturated if its not usable and have it glow when it is usable. I managed to delete it and i cant re-create it now. It seems to function ok when i test it on a training dummy but when i go into a dungeon or torgast it stops showing its cd or stops glowing when usable meaning i have to look at my bars to see if i get a proc from Sudden Death. I tried using the WA's template functions but it's not what i'm looking for. Maybe someone already has something like that and can share?

idk elvui is an all in one package but pretty sure you need to sign up through their shit

I prefer just downloading everything custom and using my own stuff

for example elvui is all these addons in one but I prefer the customizability of each individual addon and that’s just how I set up my UI so I stick with it now

elvui isn’t doing something special and amazing that downloading each individual addon like bartender, plater, WA, and adibags doesn’t already do

you would need to test your own PC with each and look at your resource usage to determine which is more taxing for your own individual needs

Is there any good equipment manager addon for retail with customizable equip order? Most seem to be outdated because there's a manager in-game already.

the vanilla manager isn't working properly with legendaries atm. I think the reason is that it equips everything one by one starting at the head, so when I want to switch from arms spec (with signet equipped) to prot (the wall, shoulders) it tries to equip the shoulders, but can't because I have the ring equipped so it just doesn't change any items at all.

I use BtWLoadouts for talent builds but the equipment manager in that addon can't handle shields for some weird reason, just won't let me put it in

Sure can 🙂 It's just a normal Aura, so you can set up one to see how many stacks you currently have and how much time is left on the current stack

but copypasta that, its very useful, run the first one first, than just keep pressing the second one when the herbs are in your bag for milling

If you don’t put the conditionals in the macro, it will either not work correctly all the time, or produce error messages on screen. If it’s working for you, great. There’s certainly more than one way to do it. I got into the habit of condensing them as much as possible to be more compatible with longer macros

There’s one more thing I’m trying to acquire to better make interrupt calls. I’ve Zen Tracker progress bars for all interrupts showing class colour, spell icon, player name and changing the order of whose interrupt is ready next. Now I saw that apparently you can display what that player interrupted (spell icon and mark of the target the tank gave). Can anyone help me out with this? I’ll attach a screenshot

this is the aura im trying to update, the author states that all I have to do is change the spell ID from execue to condemn which I did (For triggers 1 and 2 under the Execute Aura)
however, the execute icon only shows up in the rotation when there is one second left on the ability and not when it is available
I am assuming that I have to change some of the triggers or conditions in the main group, however this is where I get lost

I believe nameplate distance is hardcoded by Blizzard, so ElvUI wouldn't be able to get around it. You'll get normal text instead of nameplates past certain distance.

Are Hekili, and MAXDPS etc useful at all? Tried them but Hekili seems to overuse Whirlwind to fill and MAXDPS doesn't use Whirlwind at all. Hekili is smarter with Sweeping Strikes and MAXDPS doesn't even tell to use it. Hekili also doesn't tell to use Bladestorm.

Obviously pretty clear when to use Bladestorm etc, but the rotations seems vastly different and i'm unsure how the addons adapt to different kind of packs and mobs

some spells like the Curse some mobs cast at you at the beginning of HoA somehow are only noticed by the weakaura when you get the debuff, so the cast flies under the radar

you can color-code your bar to help your brain pick up on context better, such as not casting certain abilities if your bar turns a certain color, then bind the color of the bar to the rage amount you have.
