This is easy to do if you didn’t figure it out. Create a WA from template, go to debuffs, MFE should be there already. Under conditions, set it to glow when stacks = 3

add a trigger to the whirlwind icon
aura > player > buff. Use as name: 85739 (which is the id of the buff).

Then in the display tab, add a new text field, click on 'Add text' at the bottom of the display tab. In the input field type %2.s (where the 2 is the corresponding number of the trigger you've just added). Then just make it pretty how you want with fonts, colours, anchor it where ever you want on the icon.

When you use spell reflection, you get two buffs. Just get the ID of the one with the shield icon

Yeah, idtip adds IDs to the tooltips for pretty much everything in the game (you can adjust the settings so it doesn't show for certain things if you don't care about, say, item IDs)

You need to make sure that you do not have a space infront of it, otherwise it will write it in chat. the / needs to be the first character in the macro AND remove the linebreaks. it should be a oneliner and not use the linebreaks discord puts in but the ones the macro tool creates, it should look something like this.

Check the loading conditions of every single Aura to verify your general setting for one specc. It looks to me as if those settings aren’t correct so as result it loads duplicates. It looks like a pre-made setup, easiest way would be to ask the creator directly.

An icon is created when you obtain the TB buff.
The Glow function works when there is a TB buff and TC is not on cooldown or the remaining cooldown of TC is shorter than GCD (TC<GCD) and the Enrage buff is activated. (At this time, TC (TB) is the highest priority skill, so cast TC)

Cell has the functionailty for targeted spells on party built in. There are WA for targeted spells for general use too, included in general WA packs(I.e. causese dungeon pack). You can combine this with simple click cast use and/or mouseover macro on party frame. No fancy clickable WA needed

As an update, the addon 'diminish by jaesa' seems to work, but isn't customisable at all and takes a bit of memory. Seems good though.

It's generally not great because it doesn't really understand context properly.

For instance, it will switch to AoE priority when there's multiple enemies, but sometimes you don't want to AoE and should instead focus on priority damage-- for example, on the last boss of Ara Kara there's no real reason to AoE.

It also doesn't try to plan CDs in any way, so it might tell you to pop Avatar right before a mechanic where you'll lose uptime, when it would have been better to wait

It's fine for casual play but if you want to optimize, I would avoid it

Both warrior specs are pretty simple to play anyways, it's not playing piano like enh shaman or something

Everything there needs to be tracked, but a lot of weakaura packs will take situational/low impact abilities and make it so they only show on cooldown, usually placing them in a different (e.g. to the side or above the "core" abilities).

e.g. on most boss fights you don't care about taunt/berserker rage/storm bolt/shockwave/etc, so if you set those abilities to only show while they're on cooldown, your UI is less cluttered.

For examples of this, I would look at some of the most popular weakaura packs on wago.io.

It is, however, a personal preference thing. For my DPS spec, I do sort of a hybrid, where there's some utility abilities that have low opacity while off CD and sit to the side of my core abilities, and then some utility abilities that only show while they're on CD. You can see an example of my fury weakauras below

It just comes down to whether you feel like you're scrambling to see the information you need. If there's too many icons for you to visually keep track of, consider arranging them into separate groups. If it's fine, then it's fine.
