hi, with the new dragonflight ui is it no longer possible to access and edit the layout files so that we can move parts of the ui by very precise increments like 1 or 2 pixels? for example before dragonflight i would be able to move the character and target frames to very precise locations by accessing the layout-local files and editing their x and y locations

I would say grabbing a dungeon/raid-mechanic addon like DeadlyBossMods or BigWigs early will make your life much easier. Playing with them is pretty integral to max level content.

other addons though, as others have said above, are more QoL improvements that you can introduce later when you're more familiar with the game

The best reason I can think of, is that.. Wow macro's will not allow you to stack multiple spells on the same button. Because you would be targeting an enemy to cast impeding victory, Conditionally, in the macro you would also be attempting to Cast charge, but its failing because you are too close or on cooldown

Hello. I've made some updates to the Weakaura Pack for Prot/Fury I posted before, based on feedback received here.

Some icons were move around.
Bars now expand and contract based on the Main Rows loaded Icons.
You can now disable the Shield Block/Ignore Pain Bars in favor of Icons that track time and stack for SB and Time and Value for IP.
In Prot, Execute should only Glow if there is only 1 mob in your group of mobs, otherwise, it does not glow to encourage you to continue to use Revenge in groups of 2 or bigger.

May still find some different Fonts used across it, and I intend on fixing this, but it's low priority atm.

As always, looking for feedback and appreciate your thoughts 🙂

I've tried to achieve that you want but it seems the 255 characters for macro aren't enough because you have to put the same conditions to update the icon on the #showtooltip. ( you can use SpellID's on the known conditional) This is an example with the 2 throws

there is a reflect weakaura for m+ / raids.. but that doesnt bounce around.. for the bounce thing you can learn that IRL 😛

They are elvui bars made to look like WA man, they’re all clickable etc, the auras on on the right showing vertical

I gathered since most folk have their auras there that a lot just act like action bars then why not just make them action bars lol

well.. its just more like, why certain things are where they are. Like why is odyns fury next to recklessness, but avatar is in a row all by itself.
I also am not sure why the rage builders are to the right of the spenders. Unless its for priority, but if that's the case why is odyn, reck, and avar not first all together

example, gold for interuptable, grey if not interuptble or on CD. bright blue if my interupt is comming off CD before cast completes.

was trying to fix xml errors with scan and repair, which I assumed wouldnt work but would be a quick attempt but ended not being able to log in cause the game was wanting to perma update and giving some vague error so I ended up just reinstalling and I had not backed up my ui in ages so just been rebuilding it thank you again 🙂

Thanks, I'll check. I think my problem is different, the WA triggers and stays up the whole time I have Execute up, but I wanted it to pop up only when there's enough rage to use it, so I guess a condition needs to be added or it's missing idk

Try this order for aoe. Feels nice and your natural bladestorm ends when CS ends while having a full stack hurricane instead of ramping during CS. You also get four big hits within your stacked buffs. Doesn't ultimately matter, but has a nice flow imo.

Is there a macro /script for turning on or off game sound?

I'm looking for ways to temporarily replace sounds with a custom set (only) during cooldowns.

There's a way via macro to turn off auto unshift to cast spells, cast a spell, turn auto unshift to cast spells back on again.

Turning sound on/off might be possible

i only have roar in arms

but i think i will remove it, problem with it is that you mght not want to pull additional mobs. and when you pop roar, near groups might also be pulled

If they're close enough to get pulled by roar, they'll get prox pulled from my ADHD ass jumping around between globals

The macro in archimtiros guide for having victory rush/charge in the same button doesn't work for me, it's just

you could be hitting it in the middle of a gcd so only the charge registers since its off but not the rush

Just figured it out, for the execute specific WA change in trigger tab the type from "Spell Activation Overlay Glow" to "Action Usable". That should do it

Does someone have an updated Version of Titanias WA's maybe? Or any Idea for an alternative? Really like the style and use of sounds etc., most other WAs seem too overloaded
