Sorry if this is an obvious question/answer, but when looking at the full warrior tier set as per the appearances tab, where are the matching boots obtained?
For each difficulty the boots that I can see in the raid journal that drop are a slightly different model...

The bosses drop boots, but none seem to match the model of the boots in the appearances tab where the full set is shown, unless im being stupid (Which is also likely)

Your issue might come from the legs connecting to the boots and giving them a different look when they are together

The only other thing I can think of is that you could have maybe clicked on the loot for a different class so you are seeing mail or leather boots
