The real way to improve in terms of transmog is : Find a theme > Find what tmogs you need to fit this theme > Upgrade it if you find anything that pick your interest
If you go like that, you'll find many ways to do cool tmogs and have fun honestly
Well warriors are kinda stuck in the plate fantasy unlike the other types of armors, but we can still do amazing things
The race of your character almost doesn't matter if the theme you found is correct

No it’s not faction specific. The red one drops from the Dark Warden rare in bastion(8%). You die and talk to her as a spirit and she will rez you. The blue one is from the purity’s chest from level 1 anima conductor for kyrian(5%).
Anyone can get and use the red one. But you have to be kyrian to get the blue one. I believe anyone can use it though, so you can just keep trying the chest on a kyrian alt, then use it on main when you get it

Same here at 218. The scaling is nowhere near where it usually is. Ion says it’s on par, but Legion content is more difficult now than it was before 9.0 for sure. Mostly more health as opposed to more damage tho.
