its the questline that ends on you going to the drenai town and killing some npc

No. It's focused on the handles. Has a slightly more intense glow along blade than Sinfall. Really dropped the ball on it. Should be more like Stinging Sands or Flames of Rag as far as effect.

Sinwrath is weapon dependant. Its anchored correctly for some swords (at the base of the blade) whereas others like the venthyr one its anchored at the pommel. Just a bug but not one that is likely to get fixed

It seems to be a common issue among recent swords. From bfa on there were a number that were bugged like that: uldir sword, s2 horde gladiator sword. I suspect they might have created a new rig/skeleton for 2h swords in bfa and the anchor point is wrong but im no modeler so i dont know for sure
