Full sets can be good looking though they aren’t creative. I see those kind of posts as asking what could be done to improve the set or what weapons to use.
Personally, I like using a lot of set pieces though not the entire set so it’s a little more personalized.

It doesn't, the offhand is turned red but stays equipped. You don't get any stat bonuses anymore for it, but you can still tmog it

You'd have to try it out step by step in game. The donor weapon can be any transmoggable 1h, you can even use a heirloom for this, and is just used to make the glitch work.

That one isn’t too hard to get IIRC, it’s a variant of the skin you get for completing your order hall campaign in Legion (which you should be able to breeze through aside from some mission table stuff maybe)
Though that particular tint relates to an old system called “artifact knowledge” which has since been removed so not sure if it just auto-unlocks or there’s some other wizardry involved to get it

You need 1 additional weapon than your normal spec uses (so 2 one handers if prot, 3 one handers if fury - the additional weapon is a throwaway and an heirloom will do for this purpose)

Start fury with both weapons equipped (MH and throwaway)

with the mog window open swap to arms
-
click your MH, mog to artifact stromkar
-
apply
-
swap back to fury
-
swap those weapons around (so throwaway is in MH slot, actual MH is in offhand)
-
swap back to arms
-
click your new MH (the throwaway) and go to mog it to stromkar
-
apply button is greyed out
-
right click your OH (now you're actual mainhand weapon not the throwaway)
-
Hit apply
!!Notice how the mog window is still on legion artifacts!! -
left click the stromkar appearance you want

Depending on what spec you want this on, continue below once you've done the above

Yeah that's the main reason I swapped out of it, the ability isn't horrible, it gives you another buff for burst - it just has a long ass cooldown and sucks for bosses that move around and condemn is just all round better

Right, I agree with you. But you can keep stuff rare without removing it entirely. When you make something completely unobtainable, you penalize new players who never had the opportunity to earn the thing in the first place.
I prefer models like the Mythic raiding mounts, where the acquisition rate is dramatically reduced, to models like the Elite PvP Sets, where they're flat-out unobtainable.
Like, wouldn't it be neat if at high PvP Levels, wins rewarded you with a currency that you could spend on old Elite PvP Sets / Mounts / other cosmetic PvP rewards, similar to how Marks of Honor work for non-rated PVP?
Or if TW let M+ players do M+ versions of MOP dungeons with chances at the old Challenge Armor set for clearing dungeons?
