you did it quite well, there's not much visual clash due to the fur lining accenting the shoulders and the center of the chest piece and legplates
The colours aren't too distracting with the red really popping out due to the brown highlighting the brighter colours
It's quite clean. Although fairly basic. Not a masterpiece but not average either. Overall the only change I'd say is the red headband and perhaps the sword. The headband ruins the overall theme in my opinion and the oriental patterns on the sword don't match the visual clarity of the rest of the pieces which seem more barbaric and less refined.
Other than that, I hope you accept my praise and think about my criticisms, I really hope this helps and I hope more people help you in your endeavour to make a good and unique transmog set by typing out what's wrong or what's right with it.
Now to get on which what you could replace the sword with. I could see Obsidian Edged Blade, Reclaimed Ashkandi, HC Gurthalak.
If you want to maintain a basic barbaric sword look, Greatsword of Chaos from Archimonde in HFC might work well.
As for the headband, I personally think hiding helms would do you well here. Otherwise if you're not a fan of having too many of the same set pieces, try the red variation of the Helmet of the Molten Giant.

the way i fix that is you mog it on another item so that the item is put into your collections or just selling it to a vendor works unless it was a boe. otherwise you should be able to use it on your pally

@dense flame Just a slight adjustment to your mog keeping the colour scheme somewhat similar but also using more higher res items. Fearless set from S1 Legion matches pretty nicely colour wise even if you just change the belt it'll look a little nicer in the set overall.
imo shoulders are hard to pick on male orcs because they're quite large overall so finding something that'll suit properly is a bit of a challenge.
