How do you transmog shadows edge as well as the fury/arms secret atrifact weapon onto your weapon when you don't have the appearances?

Well, if you haven't done the quest for Shadow's Edge, you aren't going to be able to transmog it. If you've unlocked any of the hidden tints via the prot skin, you can use the arms/fury skins as well, for the time being.
