manaforge omega tier set as a whole is weird but it has some really good pieces, a unique belt with a 3D chain and legguards on the belt slot, really nice and thick boots and gloves too
the new midnight set as a whole is lackluster but its pants are really good i feel, the shoulders might work well in a savage/gladiator type mog, the chest is also gonna be really nice filler for mogs where they might match the color that other chestpieces dont
also with some of the animal races like tauren/worgen, you never know how these weird helmets will end up looking, might just end up BIS for them

Back in Legion I missed out on the red variant of the hidden artifact appearance for Prot Warrior, the one that has a random chance to proc in Neltharions Lair in a pile of gold. Can anyone give me the exact requirements to proc the event? I know there is a tablet to read in the order hall. Anything else?

You unlocked hidden appearances on other specs and then unlocked more tints for them. It unlocks the tints for all specs even if you don't have the base tint for that spec
