Like, per your example, Dwarves don't WANT to go to Quel'thelas. Maybe a few do just to see it cause they're history/architecture buffs but as a whole they're not gonna care about knife-ear cities.

Tauren just wanna keep their Bluff, Nelves have a whole new tree to populate. Orcs are the only ones who are really interested in "Conquering" and they've since moved into the "we're good with Durotar" for the most part. Humans have also left their "xenos bad" mentality and adopted "can everyone please just leave eachother alone?"

And all the allied races basically chose their 'side' because they thought it was the best chance to be left alone and survive in said faction

I think it'd be cool to have dissent, like see The Horde have defectors that are trying to stir shit up again and having to squash that and also tell the Alliance to cool down, we're not bombing theramore again

Or vice versa: another Scarlet Crusade that the Alliance has to tell the Horde "This isn't us, chill" kinda thing

I can honestly say that from original mop to now, i have never used any of those colors for transmog.
