Most likely there will be a way to get a "fated" version of it.

If it's anything like the Sylvanas bow in fated shadowlands then you most likely will still have to do the quest to get it, but if you have it now then you'll just need a drop to upgrade it to a season 4 one.

Just speculation due to how the previous legendary was handled in fated.
