Hard is definately relative. Objectively you need to reach 1800 rating which is in the higher end of rating, somewhere between 15 and 3% of players depending on what source you're looking at

So if you're an absolute madlad powerhouse of a gamer then it's probably very easy, but if you've never set fot in a rated arena before then it wont be easy

You then exit raid and reset and go back in and use the skip to kill garrosh again. While locked out of the loot for the week you can bonus roll once for each seal you have. Is that right?
