Of course, please go to Dalaran, find Archmage Timear. Then choose Seat of the Pantheon, one of these two bosses will drop a 2H sword, and the other will drop a polearm.
There is only one chance per character per week, no matter what difficulty you choose, so my suggestion is to only play LFR, because it is faster, but if you need the red scythe and mount, you need to choose Mythic.
At present, it can be confirmed that warriors, paladins, death knights, and hunters can drop this sword. Although Dracthyr can also be equipped, it is currently impossible to verify whether it can be dropped.
