Then

Buy greens with speed on AH

Get the onyx annulet with the speed stone

Get 2 1handed weapons, switch to smf

Then enchant them with the 10% speed enchant, I think its called Windwalker

Wafting also works

Then get trinket with speed procs, preferably stat trinkets

You want essences from bfa, vision of perfection etc to proc the bladestorm trait/hurricane for more speed

And then you want a sub 50ilvl boot for the 10% flat speed enchant and then INSANE luck

With max ilvl speed procs

Note that essences and Azerite armors are only for BFA and earlier content, otherwise you want any gear with speed
