The only time you can't need is when it's the same piece of gear, like if you need on lfr gloves but have that exact drop on hc, you can't roll for it

If you have say 405 gloves from an m+ you'll be able to need the lfr piece

I was on the ptr when I noticed this on the dwarves feet

the normal mode set always has this giant foot, which is usually the default for dwarves, although it is much worse than the other difficulties model, which is smaller

I hope they keep the model on the left

it's usually pretty hard to match good boots on dwarves because they're usually huge. If blizzard used smaller models like the case of the image on the left, it would be much better

a good thing is that they made changes so that the big weapons were not "clipping" the tip on the ground

I know I’m late but you have to level to 50 as orc, so if that character was originally a Tauren it will never get the orc heritage quest

An allied race heritage requires you to LEVEL a character to 50

the base races require you to just have a level 50 character, because blizzard probably knew asking people to level people from 1 to get heritage armor for their main was never gonna go over well
