Silver ones? Sterling shoulders from torghast in Shadowlands. I did so much torghast I got all the appearances except 3

Lots of shoulders, about 5 different recolors, few weapons, and a few back pieces all w recolors.

Some great cosmetics from that place. You can buy most of the sterling ones from the merchant, just save all your currency in each run. If you have adamant vaults unlocked, the gold recolors are available there but are 1000ea so you gotta save it all till then.

Boss kills have a chance to drop random pieces as well

Ok @brave light you have to kill the general in the middle of ZM desert area to the North. There are three different rare spawn generals, each have a chance to drop, but kill all three for achievement and you get the gold wep recolors I believe. There is also a chance to drop from the locked chest in the same area of ZM, NW corner is location of chest. You need a few keys to open that drop off mobs nearby.
