Kyrian is a bit of a grind, but you can do it in 1 day if you upgrade to full. Necrolord is quite grindy. you need to farm the flesh from random mobs in the world, make npcs who create weekly quests. Fae has 2 reps, mushroom guy and daily quests from the anima infuser, both pretty fast. Venthyr is really annoying with the parties but apparently there is a buff atm( not sure if it's over) that gives bonus rep
