Solutions in order of efficiency:
- Do your own key: be the one who chooses, instead of trying to be chosen.
- play with friends or guildies: the most efficient way to get to play consistently
- Networking: try to add people you vibe with, to make "friends" or people that share your goals. See above.
- Tanking: DPS need to be ahead of the ilvl and rio curve to get invited. Tanks got a lot more flex in requirements needed.
- Change class/spec: Make an alt of a needed or wanted meta spec. Gain score on it to help getting into groups on your main via alt rating.
- Boosting: You can spend gold to pay players to play with you, to allow you to get ahead of the curve.
- Do other content: Goal is to gear up. Raid and Delves (maps) to gain gear to become a better option. You likely have to set up your own raids.
I got 3k score and 640 ilvl, I don't get easily invited to 8's on my warrior as DPS. Just so you know how harsh the competition is at the moment. It is really really bad for specs that are behind in m+ output wise. A 620 shaman is my equal. It makes total sense that we are not a popular pick.

On Borderless alt+tab is instant, on fullscreen it pauses for a second or 2 when tabbing back to the game, expected fullscreen behaviour
Fullscreen also smoothed out the camera panning entirely
And Borderless blocks resolution option, as it should, while fullscreen doesn't.

My first impression is that the pace is a off. There is a lot of lingering in dead frames. While longshots ain't always bad, in a short format you want to keep it to a minimum of one big thing. In your case it could've been when the character falls and the gravity of the situation sets in. How you done this makes it all feel slow and less intense than what I believe you were going for.
Try to keep cuts edit to 3 sec long, or 6 sec for dialogue parts. You want the viewer to unconsciously get a feel of the rhythm of the cuts.
Also try to cut out as much dead air as even a couple of seconds of nothing is far too long in this format type.
For camera work, try to have a scene cut every 6 seconds at the most. You can do a zoom to refresh a longer scene.
Example would be when you look down, pan out for 6 sec, show the tauren on the mount 3 sec, back to the down view but with faster zoom (if you want to create an effect of danger) and have the camera spin a few degrees off center while doing so to give the impression of less control. This clip should be 3 sec. Then cut to top of water splash, into sinking into water shot. Top view down for hopelessness, down up for hope.
Play around with making each part of the short trying to tell the story. Every frame matters. Do so, and it should improve immensely.
Will be fun to see what happens next and futher on, as you improve upon technique and storytelling

In your opinion, in my opinion it's one of the best things ever added and I would've quit the game a lot sooner without it, hence why I haven't been touching Classic, and was waiting on Dragon Soul.
And that's coming from an '04 player, so it's nothing about not experiencing the game before raid finder, cause I know some ppl try and spin it like that
The concept of MoP without raid finder is also gross as well, I already did MoP with a static the first time through. I'm not doing it again, I'm not the same person I was back then, I don't get enjoyment out of the same things. Back then raid finder got me into normal raiding, but since then raid finder has kept me playing after I realized normal raiding and statics weren't for me.
Tbf I'd rather they remove RDF than LFR. I'd rather have to group up the old fashioned way for dungeons, than raids.

Because when I went into WoW Classic there were specific expansions I was looking forward to and I sat and waited without complaining through all the content I didn't care about, we get to the end of Wrath, approaching the start of the content I do care about... And, we start messing with the game.

People got to enjoy the majority of 3 expansions that can be played freely on numerous private servers, fully working, 100% blizzlike, with large communities. It's less of a big deal if they DID fuck all that up cause there's so many other options for those

I really hope they don't screw up housing though... so far it looks like everything I wanted from OSRS housing, on a VISUAL side of things, and potential ability to show armour/toys, etc.
Less utility than OSRS housing from what I can see though, which is understandable, OSRS is just a dif kind of MMO.

Too much to ask of a company like Blizzard maybe, but they should go balls out on housing ngl. We don't want a worse Garrisons... I don't want player housing to come out, and to spend more time chilling in my garrison because there's no benefits at all to my player house

Imagine having just 1 portal, you can change it's location by going to a place you want to change it to and using the relevant item
It just gives you easy access to something you do say, weekly, or daily, direct access
Would be a nice option for ppl doing M+ that are only focusing a specific dungeon but haven't cleared a +10 yet

When it comes to farming mogs and mounts and stuff, it could just be set to whatever the worst location to reach of your most frequent farms is
It's just a lil bit of QoL, but yeah a lot to ask of Blizz
Let's be real as well, WoW needs more progression systems with things to unlock that benefit long term, aren't gear and levels, and don't just become irrelevant next expansion. Blizzard have this horrible tendency of creating a system, and then making it completely redundant or removing it in the next expansion instead of using it to expand on progression across the entire lifespan of the game.
