You should be doing more than bear but yeah it's normal for Slayer to not reach high peaks on first pull but that's not slayer's strength slayer's strength is doing that same damage every single pull every single time which is why we still end up with super high overall.

Well, you funnel on aoe by default without much to do. Its not really complicated. You just need to remember what your job is.
As an example: With 3 or more mobs you deal 20%+ more damage to one specific mob due to arms funneling kit.
Fury LOSES 15-20% damage on the priority target due to their kit when they aoe

st at least on m+ build is more or less -300 as well, dont think raid ST gonna be too far off, i also prefere the windrunner ones since i like more stats and dont think voidgloves passive is even good but blizz gave them to me in vault so it is what it is

I had both and went with the crit haste since it Simmed better and still does. Droptimizer for me is -0.3% if i go with what youve simmed (5T, 5M)
Its neglectable, but going with plain stats takes out the rng value of your dmg, so imo always an upside. And again, MOST Sims ive seen Favor crithaste gloves

Jumping sometimes cancels demolish, leaping can sometimes cancel the last tick of demolish damage as well, the last tick is the biggest hit and also the aoe part so that sucks
