can always post logs in #1347646810457636974 but as a heads up M+ logs are a bit difficult to give hard feedback on unless your doing something significantly wrong. A lot of high overalls are due to teamwork AND correct rotation.

having a big overall dps is impacted by far more than just your gameplay. If your tank is pulling too small or too large (or drip-feeds more packs in, instead of letting combat end), and how much dps your teammates are doing. You can be an amazing player, but stil pull lower overalls just do to mismatched teammates, tanks, pull sizes, etc.

I ran the same key twice yesterday and one was like 180k overall, the other was like 110k. Almost entirely tank diff because they kept drip-feeding new packs into the current enemies we were fighting, so i couldnt' snapshot my burst.

Overall dps is calculated as a flat average every time combat ends, so snapshotting bursts and having packs die quick is a HUGE factor.

While it is very pack dependent I’d advise you just rip it if it’s up. It’s often easier to identify if you shouldnt have used it rather than if you should have.

The cooldowns are so low with uptime that you’ll find if you just rip CDs asap that you’ll probably get more total casts in compared to waiting 10 secs every pack.

Depends how high the key is. If you're doing 20s and up right now it's always pretty safe to just slam CDs like CS and BS. But with slayer in M+ especially in mid level keys you wanna be smart with BS usage. Don't use it at the end of a pull if you know a big pull is next

Guys, newbie question here. I’m playing Colossus in M+... should I always try to line up my CDs? Like Ravager with Avatar? Since they reset, isn’t it hard to align them? I’m kinda confused about that.

no, swing timers cannot be tracked currently for any spec (except Ret Pally). It got blocked starting in Midnight with the combat addon restrictions.

The only class who has it is Paladin, and it's due to a technicality beacuse their Crusader Strike becomes their auto-attacks, and they can track swings by tracking that spell instead.

Technically you can just use more of the in-game Cooldown Manager, but it leaves so much to be desired.
You can check out ArcUI or ElesmereUI both help a lot with customizing the information being shown to you.

atleast addons that would make tracking certain buffs or knowing when to press a various spell at the right time, ive been zugging it for the past few years and never experimented with any warrior specific addons ( or any that would make playing a class easier)
