Every class has it's niche, maybe Execute could be warrior's

Arms is a funnel and Aoe spec. If they are seeing low boss dps and blame you, either they didn't bring enough ST to offset, or you're not doing enough AoE to get to the boss faster (or they dont see the value in either).

But that's not a Colossus problem, that's a group leader problem

What should I be sending rerolls on? Myth track upgraded alnseer is only giving 0.6% even when I only have hero Heart of Ancient Hunger + Myth Puzzlebox. Most M+ pieces are simming way higher than that.

it's absolutely subjective per character. Personally as a warrior dps swapping frmo fury to arms in the next week or 2, i am probably banking my rolls this week to do a big POS farm sesh next week. From POS is arms BIS weapon, neck, ring, and also some catalysable upgrades i could gather.
Opposed to the raid bosses predominantly dropping haste / mastery gear. I'm 5/9M and only have 1 boss on the 3/6 track available which arent great upgrades so im not going to currently prioritise raid rolling for efficient crest usage (as all items are 2/6M now so long as you have the hero crest achieve)

That would be my 2 main points of input, if raid rolling then use it on the latest boss with the highest track upgrades, and if dungeon rolling use them all in POS (for arms warrior) to narrow the loot pool and get the pieces we are after.

the answer is "kind of".
During execute phase, warrior does do more damage. However, with the new talent trees + Hero Talents each of the specs has their own niches. I'm wildly oversimplifying but basically:

• Colossus is more focused on Mortal Strike
• Slayer is more focused on Execute

Execute (the spell) is propped up by a bunch of talent points to make it to significant damage, and Slayer is the only who primarily takes those talents. You take even more execute talents for Raid as well.

So to answer your question, both Colossus and Slayer change their rotation during Execute phase (sub 35%*), but only Slayer wills tart doing significant more dps during that window, and really only in Raid.

I can only say from my experience, If you have a big roster people will be benched. But by being a good enough player in that guild no one is gonna a bench you regardless of the state your class is in. Casual mythic raiding is def an area you can just focus on improving yourself and reaping the benefit from it.

i think it's a combination fo guidon being goode and other trinkets being not the gretest, for example gaze is 2.5% dmg upgrade for our "dh i think" compared to 1.5% upgrade for me as a warrior.
