Usually just save it for Avatar. Thanks to anger management you’re using it about once per minute anyways so itlll line up with the 2min CD of box (or close to it).
Definitely use it before your CDs though so you’re not wasting GCDs inside your burst window doing no damage as you channel the box

thanks for taking a look. It's on keydown. Sometimes the cd does not start from the 12 o'clock position, but sometimes it does. The longer i spam the more out of sync it gets. It starts completely looping by the 30s mark
but you can see it registers my inputs because the button lights up. The spell just doesnt go off right away

Whatever is the lowest ilvl for you at the time. If they equal go for cloak but really it matters very little
your gonna eventually drop weapon and will have to decide crafting between bracers and wrists but its ultimately better to have crafted wrists

so as long as you have tier in the other slots you're fine
but Hands give more stats than other slots (belt/bracer/cape), which is why we dont recommend crafting them, since crafted Hands be lower ilvl, and therefor give less stats than a maxed out Myth track hands
