That's not the ideal cast prio for dps. You don't cleave first for the deep wounds damage amp anymore. You just rend, rav (if up), WB, cleave x4, MS. The change would just make that cleave x3, with the first MS cast moved forward a GCD. In that case, since MS generates more might stacks than the cleave it replaces, then on average at some point in the pull you have marginally more stacks. I don't think its really a signficant impact on might generation overall, but if anything its a small increase
