If you´re asking me they could bake in both rend and hamstring to overpower or mortal strike. Just remove slam and make execute hit harder as a finisher should. Also execute giving deep wounds is a weird and dumb dynamic. If i want to finish off a target then why would i put a DoT on them, doesnt make sense at all.
I feel like all the abilities that got removed was abilities that wasn´t in the way of our rotation and kept the annyoing abilitites that feel bad to press and doesn´t really fit in for a smooth rotation

youll want deeper wounds to be around 70-80%. My St dps caps out around 4.3mil at 728, so this number is about right. Colosus just kinda suck at ST and u have to spin all the plates right to do normal AOE, which is just kinda been the state of things. Side note, I recomend swapping to artieral bleed and dropping sks for another point in bloodborne. One against many does nothing for st dmg, and sks eats into mortal strike real estate

so i have a small question regarding arms aoe that confuses me from time to time. in M+, big pulls, do i send cleave -> sweeping strikes -> overpower x2 -> mortal strike -> cleave -> overpower etc? or do i spend my 2x overpower on cleave? do i cleave at all in my sweeping strikes?
im mostly asking because i feel that at some points i run out of buttons to press consistently in aoe and am stuck waiting on sweeping to come back, cleave cd or demolisher cd

But your question on when to send demo in AOE it should always be aligned with warbreaker. In ST you can send demolish without warbreaker if the CD is longer than 10 sec (generally)

nah , the tactical part about colossus is specifically that you can't always use your cds when they are ready depends on boss fight because it can be a much higher dps loss or increase to delay them sometimes
one example woould be if you are colossus and you know you will have 2 cd cycles, and you know you will ave 30-40 seconds extra after the second cd cycle, then you are not supposed to pop all cds on start and you gotta wait colossus stacks.
but if you know you have exactly 3 cds cycleds then you have to pop all cds on start
there are multiple layers to it and it is on boss to boss basis

It's not Crit specifically but autos will generate 20% more rage in midnight. But yeah Crit = more rage and haste is neutral for rage.

Most likely because Blizz has no idea what to do with rage for arms. So they will always lean towards having too much rage. So if at any point we feel starved in most of our builds they will adjust it.

Rage is a core part of warrior it won't go away. But if the devs wanted to put some actual creativity into the spec they can easily redesign rage to be something more unique and interesting for arms warrior. Instead of this fury lite version.

Plenty of stuff they can come up with. My personal idea is I would love for our rage to be same as the devourer/ Shadow priest legion resource mechanic. You build up your rage bar to full and you press a cool down to activate super Saiyan mode for a short time. And you can't extend it like devour and Shadow priest

Is there a site or table that shows a legend for the icons next to your avatar that trigger off abilities. Refering to the half moons on each side and sometimes a symbol over your head. WOuld love to see what they notify you about for each class and all specs!

are you talking about the in-game spell alerts? I'm not sure if there's a consolidated list anywhere, but I generally recommend turning them off and just paying attention to your bars instead
I believe Arms shows Tactician procs (resetting Overpower) and maybe Sudden Death? It's not a particularly effective way of knowing what button to press next though

Is there any way to macro slam in as a cast sequence or something without messing with the cooldown reset procs? It feels awkward to hit at times and know when I should hit it compared to all the other buttons since they glow but slam doesnt.
