yeah you get TB procs frequently enough and you get tier set procs pretty frequently too so its not that bad and I think its more fun than if it would be a determined proc. Im just sure ill eventually dislike it due to the RNG but thats prob not gonna be for awhile.

I think the potentially not fun part of the RNG is the +100% damage
- if you removed the damage bonus and redistributed it into TB directly, making the proc just a chance for TB to reset itself, then you would greatly mitigate the RNG concerns
because, yes you're still RNG'ing two TBlasts instead of one, but without the additional value spike from the buff

DSlice does a good job of representing the concept of a dungeon alternating multiple trash pulls with bosses, but its trash groups have low target counts, which causes it to weight bosses more than it probably should
