We do, but boot slot is for the capeboosting item. Belt will last till mythic track, or close to. I am sure the breakdown will come soonish based on sims and what not.
The slot we got to play with is basically wrist and, well, belt. Cape and Boots is locked to those, so not that many options to play around with.
I would just use delve belt and this season boots till I get the new boots, then move the embelishment to the belt slot (if I have gotten my 2nd mythic track 2hander by that point; if I dont, then I prob will be using wrist+weap enchant, as I go Fury)
