Remember our buffs and debuffs last a long time so misalignment isn't awful
For example avatar is 20 seconds Wb is 10, meaning avatar up early isn't a bad thing because there's no way to cover a full window of it with colossus smash anyway
You can safely cast avatar with like 10-15 seconds remaining on WB cooldown and spending rage will have it come up soon

Assassin is looking very good as well, not OP but very strong.
Fire Mage will be strong but not the best mage spec.
Enha shaman will be miles above elemental but won't be as dominate as they were.
