So still learning arms so I tried the Opportunist proc WA to see how important it'd be. & I noticed the Overpower glowing shows naturally Opportunist procs, I'm not sure what we'd need one? Am I missing something?

OP glows for a while after getting a reset, which obviously overlaps, but some things in the rotation has a higher priority than just your standard 2 stacks of OP ready, so thats why you have the WA

MS has higher prio than OP with 2 stacks available, but it does not have higher priority than Opportunist buffed OP
