for sure, Warrior doesn't really have anything in its kit to immediately help with threat, no.
Your preferred M+ opener shouldn't burst right away, and your tank should be getting threat during that time
charge -> cleave -> clap -> burst, so they get a good 2-3 GCD's before you rip threat.

Do you have specific questions on when to prioritize certain abilities over others? When to use cooldowns vs holding them? How to position in specific fights to maximize uptime?
Those questions can be answered much more readily than "what can I do better"

I used elvui in amirdassil, atrocity. Moved away during tindral, just using his class WA's and SUF, now using cell. It greatly improved my performance. You should try it out
